城市“非地”的角色转换——台湾台北市社子岛开发策略构想

本文立足于当前城市的真实发展现状，结合一次海峡两岸建筑院校学术交流工作坊的课题，对台北市边缘的限制建设区域——社子岛进行综合分析和研究，探寻城市发展中“非地”建设的种种可能性，提出“化忧为优”的设计策略。即在生态优先的原则下通过空间整合与重构、资源优化等措施，实现社子岛区域城市发展和资源保护的双赢，完成社子岛地区在城市未来发展中的角色转换。

The Transitional Role of the Urban Construct-Constrained Space:Developmental strategic hypothesis of Shezi Island,City of Taipei,Taiwan

Based on the current situation of the urban development,and the topic of a joint Mainland and Taiwan design workshop,the paper comprehensively analyzes the mode of development of the Shezi Island,a construct-constrained space of urban fringe in the City of Taipei,proposes the possibilities for the exclave with a strategy of optimization.It is a win-win situation of the spatial and resources reconstruction as well as the priority of ecological protection to achieve the transitional role of the area in the future of the urban development.
