摘    要:针对矿用救生舱舱内温度保持恒定的控制问题,采用非线性系统辨识的方法对舱内温度变化规律进行辨识,得到了救生舱舱内温度变化过程的二阶非线性Volterra级数模型;确立了控制性能指标;在此基础上,应用非线性模型预测控制策略,以及优化迭代算法对舱内温度进行实时控制。经模型试验和现场试验证明,该控制策略可以对救生舱舱内温度进行有效的控制,且具有一定的鲁棒性和较快的响应速度。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of keeping temperature constant in coal mine refuge chamber,the nonlinear system identification was adopted to identify the temperature changing in the chamber.A 2-order nonlinear Volterra series model was acquired,and the control target was determined.Based on the above,nonlinear model prediction control and optimal iterative algorithm were adopted to execute real-time control.It is proved that the control strategy can control temperature in coal mine refuge chamber effectively by experiments,which are accomplished in both a model chamber and a practical chamber.Furthermore,the response speed of proposed control strategy is improved,and at the same time,the control system is stronger robust.
