| 摘 要： | 企业战略管理的核心是维持公司可持续发展 ,而可持续发展不仅表现为量的成长 ,还表现在质的成长上。企业实施退出战略本质上应该是企业发展过程中的一项重大战略调整 ,它实质上是企业发展战略中的一种 ,退出只是企业的向前发展的一种方式。笔者澄清了退出战略认识的误区 ,揭示了退出战略的实质 ,并创新性地阐述了退出战略与企业核心竞争力之间的密切关系
