| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种测定防晒化妆品中紫外线吸收剂含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。使用YWG-C18柱，甲醇、四氢呋喃和水作为流动相，一次可分离15种紫外线吸收剂，经二次分离，可分离测定19种紫外线吸收剂。方法简便、快速，准确。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a analysis method of determination of UV-absorbents in sun-proof cosmetics by HPLC. The separation of 19 UV-absorbents is done using YWG-C18 stainless steel column with methanol and tetrahydrofuran and water (60:100:80) as liquid phase. This paper reports the results of an analysis performed on 21 samples of commercial sun-proof cosmetics. |
