| 摘 要： | 价值工程(VE)又被称为价值分析,是通过各相关领域的协作,对所研究对象的功能与费用进行系统分析,不断创新,旨在提高所研究对象价值的思想方法和管理技术。其目的是以对象的最低生命周期成本,可靠地实现使用者所需功能,以获取最佳的综合效益。

| Abstract: | Value engineering is also called value analysis, and it is a thought method and a managerial technique which collaborates with each related field, scientifically analyzes the function and cost of the research object, innovates continuously and aims to increase the value of the research object. Its purpose is to realize dependably the function that the users need with the lowest life cycle cost of the object to obtain the optimal synthetic benefit. |
