| 摘 要： | 排除无报警这类故障，要熟练掌握数控系统和机床的工作原理，仔细分析故障现象。有些故障应该通过在线监控PLC程序的运行状态进行诊断。本着重介绍采用FANUC-OMC数控系统，西门子840C系统的无报警故障解决的途径方法。

| Abstract: | The operation principle of numerical control system and machine tool should be grasped in order to remove nonalarm malfunction. Some malfunction should be diagnosed through monitoring the running state of PLC program online. This paper introduces the approaches about solving nonalarm malfunction by using FANUCOMC numerical control system and Simens 840 C system. |
