摘    要:讨论了工程分析中两大基本工具——有限元法与优化技术相结合用于实际问题的解决,并结合具体实例,讨论了优化目标、状态变量等优化参数的选择及显函数方程的建立,为工程设计提供了科学的依据。结果表明,合理的结构设计可以提高设计的安全性,对以下两例的优化可以节省材料,有利于提高设计产品的安全性及经济性。本文还结合优化设计实例,介绍了CAE方法中优化设计的概念、方法等。

Abstract:The method of combining of the two basic tools-FEM -and Optimum method for practical problem-resolved in the design of products is discussed in the paper. Combined the practical examples, the selection and formation of optimum object function and state variable in design are also stated. It provides the scientific references in engineering design. The results indicate that feasible structural design can improve the security, it can also save the material .So the optimum design can improve the security and economic of design products for the two examples as follow. Combined the practical examples of optimum design, the method, concept of optimum design in CAE method is also described in this paper.
