我国承压设备学的研究现状和优先研究领域

摘    要:在阐述承压设备的最新发展趋势后, 分析了我国承压设备学研究现状及与国外先进水平的差距。提出今后我国承压设备学基础研究优先研究的领域: (1) 承压设备结构与传热、传质和反应效率的关系; (2) 复杂环境下承压设备的力学行为和破坏特性; (3) 承压设备的全寿命数字化设计; (4) 承压设备断裂、腐蚀与冲蚀的特性和机制; (5) 承压设备监控预警和应急系统;(6) 承压设备法规标准基础研究。

Abstract:The current developing trend of the pressure equipment is expounded, and the current status of the research of the pressure equipment in China is described. The priority research areas of the fundamental research of pressure equipment in China are proposed as follows: (1) the relation between the pressure equipment structure and heat transfer and mass transfer and reaction energy; (2) mechanical behavior and damage characteristics of pressure equipment in complex environment; (3) digitizing design of complete life of pressure equipment; (4) behaviors and mechanism of fracture and corrosion and erosion of pressure equipment; (5) monitoring early-warning and emergency system of pressure equipment; (6) fundamental research of relevant standards and codes.
