| 摘 要： | 视频传输的特征是数据量巨大 ,容易对网络产生冲击 ,甚至导致网络的崩溃 ,这就是网络拥塞。文章分析了网络视频监控系统中拥塞产生的原因和带来的影响 ,提出了一种发送端、接收端和中间节点相结合的拥塞避免和控制方案

| Abstract: | The characteristic of the video transmission is a large number of data. It will affect the networks greatly and perhaps disable whole networks. The paper analyzed the reasons that caused the congestion in networks because of video monitoring system, and discussed its affect. Then, a congestion avoi-dance and control scheme was proposed. |
