| 摘 要： | 结合软件项目在GJB5000A二级的实践过程，针对过程中发现的问题和失误，分析了中小型嵌入式软件项目研发的特点，总结出一些实用的软件工程化的实践方法，适用于软件工程化的普及和推广。文章着重在软件项目管理、软件可靠性两方面进行阐述，并讨论了项目信息化管理和软件测试在这两方面的应用。
