| 摘 要： | 电子结构在各种自然环境因素的综合影响下,面临着诸多失效形式,因此只有在设计阶段就注入环境防护理念,优选材料,优化结构再结合一定的工艺防护措施才能极大的提高电子产品对环境的适应性和产品使用的可靠性。
