双螺杆油气多相流混输泵内部工作机理研究

摘    要:从变质量多相系统的热力学特性角度,从能量守恒、质量守恒定律出发,建立了一套描述双螺杆多相泵内部工作机理的控制方程。通过对多相泵内部工作过程的模拟,分析了气体体积分数、回流损失、流量、压力分布及功率消耗间的相互关系。为验证数学模型的正确性,利用动态信号分析仪对试验样机进行了宏观性能测试和内部压力建立过程曲线(P—V图)测试。试验和数值模拟结果的比较表明,建立的数学模型能够正确反映双螺杆油气多相流混输泵内部压力建立过程及其宏观性能特征。

Abstract:A new mathematical model of multiphase pump working process is proposed according to the energy and mass equilibrium. On basis of this model, simulated results are analyzed with focus on the relationship of back-flow, differential pressure, power consumption and gas void fraction. In order to verify the mathematical model, performance data of a prototype multiphase pump are measured and the p-V diagram is recorded. Evidently from the comparison between the simulation result and experimental data, the model is certified to simulate successfully the working process in twin screw multiphase pump.
