贻贝肉喂食对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:探讨贻贝对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。将50只小鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、3个贻贝组(20%、50%、80%),并制备酒精性肝损伤模型;同时检测各小鼠血清ALT、AST水平,并在光镜下观察肝脏病理学变化。结果表明:模型组ALT、AST明显高于对照组(P<0.01)和3个贻贝组(P<0.05),肝脏也出现明显的病理变化,治疗组变化程度相对较轻,从而证明贻贝对酒精性肝损伤可以起到一定的保护作用。

Abstract:The protective effect of mussel on alcoholic liver injury in rats was studied. Fifty rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, and three mussel groups(20%?50%?80%),the model of alcoholic liver injury was made. The ALT?AST levels of senior were assayed, and pathomorphological change of liver tissue samples were examined under optical microscope. The results showed that the levels of ALT?AST in model group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01)and three mussel groups(P<0.05), Severe pathological changes in the liver were found in model group while the liver lesions in three mussel groups were slight. Mussel has protective effect on the alcoholic liver injury in rats.
