低沸水收缩率PET FDY的生产

摘    要:介绍了低沸水收缩率PETFDY的生产方法。实验证明:产品品种及生产工艺均影响其沸水收缩率。适当降低拉伸倍数,将热定型温度提高到190℃,或选择较大的单丝纤度及较小的喷丝孔直径,均可获得沸水收缩率低于3%的PETFDY

Abstract:The production process for low shrinkage PET FDY was illustrated. The experimental results showed that the boiling water shrinkage was affected both by fiber type and by production process. PET POY with 3% boiling water shrinkage could be obtained when draw ratio was decreased properly and heat setting temperature was increased to 190℃, or the heavier d.p.f. and the lower spinneret hole diameter were adopted.
