| 摘 要： | 对聚碳酸酯/(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物合金显示器前面板的热流道注射模具进行了设计。通过对面板的结构分析确定合理的模具浇注系统和侧向分型与抽芯机构。运用Pro/Engineer软件对模具各机构进行三维设计,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率和模具质量。

| Abstract: | The hot runner injection mold of PC/ABS front panel of monitor was designed. Reasonable gating system and side parting & core pulling mechanism of the mold were designed by analyzing the structure of the panel. The 3D design of each mechanism of the mold was processed by Pro/E software, the design cycle was shortened and the design efficiency and mold quality were improved. |
