摘    要:研究了CPE、ACR等加工助剂及填料对PVC—U流变性能的影响。结果表明:CPE和ACR都能促进PVC的塑化,但作为冲击改性剂的CPE所起的塑化作用较ACR要小,硬脂酸的加入延长了PVC的塑化时间,在本体系中起到了外润滑剂的作用,填料的加入延缓了共混体系的塑化。

Abstract:Influences of CPE and ACR processing aids and fillers on the rheological behaviour of PVC - U were studied. The results showed that both CPE and ACR could promote the plastication of PVC, but the plasticization effects of CPE as an impact modifier were less than those of ACR; the addition of stearic acid could prolong the plasticization time of PVC, stearic acid played a kind of external lubricant role in this system; the addition of filler could delay the plasticization of the blends.
