| 摘 要： | 根据东风汽车有限公司商用车公司信息化的现状,针对企业拥有的多个相互独立的应用系统之间无法较好地实现数据自动共享的问题,研究设计了协同项目管理系统。该系统采用LAMP和MVC设计模式对系统结构进行构架,通过项目模板管理、项目执行、项目审批和项目查询等功能模块的设计,实现了信息共享和协同管理,提高了企业的办公效率,同时为企业决策者、管理者提供了更全面、及时的信息,从而提高了企业的信息化水平和竞争力。
