| 摘 要： | 我国大部分制造型企业开发出的一些CIMS系统不能满足企业的需求,导致了CIMS工程的不同程度的风险和企业资源的浪费,企业要有效的实施CIMS,首先必须进行CIMS的需求分析,即在实施CIMS前必须详细地进行企业现状分析,找出企业存在的问题,以进行CIMS系统对策研究,并在湖北久隆公司实施CIMS应用工程的需求分析中进行了实践。
