摘    要:电渣熔铸就是利用大电流通过渣池区域而产生的高温将自耗电极逐渐熔化的过程,自耗电极与渣池的接触界面是整个熔铸系统能量的入口,其形貌对熔铸过程的分析和研究非常重要.研究了在不同熔铸电流情况下自耗电极的熔化机理,模拟再现了自耗电极在高温渣池内的熔化流动且在末端形成锥形的过程,并进行了试验验证.通过对熔铸电流与自耗电极末端锥角的关系研究,为实际生产中优化工艺参数和提高生产效率提供了重要依据.

Abstract:Electroslag casting is a casting method that makes the self-consumable electrode melt in the high temperature slag pool by strong current going through it. The interface of the electrode and slag is the energy's entrance of the electroslag casting system, its shape is very important to the analyzing and studying of the casting process. The consumable electrode' s melting mechanism has been studied under different current, Simulating the process that the self-consumable electrode's melting,flowing and shaping to the cone-end in the high temperature slag pool. At the same time, the results were validated by a series of tests. Through the research of the relationship between the melting current and the electrode's cone angle, some meaningful experience were brought forward to optimize the technological parameters and to improve producing efficiency of electroslag casting.
