摘    要:低温位热能的回收是国内硫酸业界共同关注的问题;介绍了3000t/d带HRS的硫磺制酸装置的基本工艺情况,该装置高效环保,自动化水平高,尤其是低温位热能回收率高,认为为了获得最大的蒸汽产量,该系统不宜在极低负荷下运行。

Abstract:The increase of low temperature thermal energy recovery is a common concern for the sulfuric acid industry in China.This article highlights the basic process of the 3 kt/d sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant equipped with HRS,which features efficient environmental protection,high automatic level.In particular,the plant has very big advantage in the low temperature thermal energy recovery in China.In order to obtain the maximum steam volume,it is preferable that this system should not be running at extremely low load.
