火电厂烟气脱硝技术及应用

摘    要:概述了烟气脱硝技术,介绍了选择性催化还原脱硝技术SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction),以及影响其性能的主要参数烟气流速、氧气浓度、氨滑移、水蒸气浓度、催化剂和烟气温度等。针对目前广泛应用SCR技术存在的局限性,提出了低温SCR技术及SNCR(Selective Noncatalytic Reduction)与其他如SCR、再燃烧技术、低NOx燃烧器等技术的联用脱硝技术。

Abstract:Some technologies of gas denitrification are generally reviewed and analyzed.The SCR technology is emphasized.Some factors affecting the SCR process,such as flue gas velocity,oxygen density,ammonia remainder,steam density,catalyst agent and reaction temperature are introduced.In accordance with the limit of SCR,a low temperature SCR technology,hybird of SNCR-SCR technology,hybrid of SNCR-reburn technology,and hybrid of SNCR-low-NOX burners technology are presented.
