摘 要: | 以Microsoft Visual Studio.NET和UG设计软件为二次开发平台,开发了高精度圆体成形车刀设计系统。该系统综合运用"零误差"截形法、最小半径控制点理论和数据库技术、模块化、参数化设计技术,实现了高精度、高效率、简便快捷的圆体成形车刀设计。

Zero Error Design of Formed Turning Tools Based on UG |

Abstract: | Taking Microsoft Visual Studio.NET and UG as the secondary development platform,a high precise CAD system for circular formed turning tools was developed. Some key skills such as the section method with zero error,minimum radius control point theory,database technology,modularized and parameterized design technologies were synthetically applied in this system to carry out high precise,high efficient,easier and quicker design for circular formed turning tools. |
