高速汽轮机叶片故障诊断及改进措施

摘    要:通过对裂解气压缩机驱动汽轮机的振动特性计算分析,阐明了该汽轮机第4级叶轮叶片断裂的原因是由于结构不合理,使叶片在运转的过程中长期处于B_0型共振状态,造成叶片疲劳断裂,并提出了改进措施。

Abstract:By means of calculation analysis on vibration performance of steam turbine driver by crack gas compressor, the reason of blade fracture of that stream turbine fourth stage impeller was mentioned. It was caused by the unreasonable structure, and made the impeller work at the B0 type resonance condition during the operation over along period of time,and made the blade fatigue fracture. The improvement was proposed.
