摘    要:行星传动系统中的零件具有多种失效模式,如轮齿折断和齿面点蚀等。系统内构件的载荷与转速等基本变量也存在着一定关系,必然带来相关性,使系统可靠度的计算变得相当困难.基于MonteCarlo仿真方法特有的广泛适应性和计算精度高的特点,给出行星变速装置系统可靠度的MonteCarlo仿真算法

Abstract:There are multiple failure modes in the machine parts of planetary geartrains, such as tooth breaking and surface pitting. Relationships are also existed inthe basic variables of loads and speeds of system members. So they bring certainlycorrelation. In these cases, the system reliability assessment becomes very difficulty.This paper describes Monte Carlo simulation method for system reliability estimationof planetary gearbox utilizing the special characteristics, general suitability and highcaIculation accuracy.
