摘    要:高强钢WOL恒位移试样应力腐蚀的金相跟踪观察表明:高强钢的应力腐蚀在微裂纹出现之前,先在缺口前端出现滑移线,滑移线的出现是由于氢引起的,位错运动形成滑移台阶.氢促进局部塑性变形,当局部塑性变形发展到临界状态时,缺口前端就出现微裂纹.

Abstract:Metallographical track investigation of stress corrosion cracking of high-strength steels WOL constant displacement specimen indicated that the slip line of stress corrosion cracking of high-strength steels preexistence in notch front-end before the appearance of micro-cracks,hydrogen induced slip line and displacement step was caused by dislocation motion.Hydrogen could accelerate the local plastic deformation and the micro-crack appearance in gap front-end when the local plastic deformation run to critical condition.
