| Abstract: | The current situation and rising problems in the development of water resources in China is introduced, it is pointed out that constructing underground reservoirs is an important measure for the sustainable development of groundwater resources in China,and some new viewpoints and principled proposals for the construction of the groundwater reservoirs are supplied. |
