多驱动带式输送机驱动力分配影响因素的仿真

强力带式输送机多为多滚筒驱动,在动态驱动力分配等方面受许多因素影响,从而带来许多实际问题.笔者主要对影响多驱动滚筒带式输送机动态驱动力分配的因素进行计算机仿真,研究了多驱动滚筒动态驱动力分配的方法及影响因素对它的影响规律;推出了驱动力分配的解析公式,而且借用MATLAB工具为多滚筒驱动带式输送机的动态驱动力分配规律,提供了许多影响因素的速查图线,突出了快捷直观的优点,得出了可用于指导实际生产的相关结论.

Multi-drums Belt Conveyor Driving Force Distribution Influencing Factor Simulation

Most of strength belt conveyors are the drive of multi-drums,which is affected by many factors in the aspect of dynamic driving force distribution,etc.and brings about many problems.Under the help of MATLAB,computer simulation is made to analyze the factors which affect the dynamic driving force distribution of the belt conveyors with drive of multi-drums,also the distribution method of dynamic driving force for multi-drive drums and influence law of the factors are studied clearly.And drawing lines to a lot of factors are provided by simulation as well as theoretical analysis.Thus useful and practical conclusion is summarized.
