摘    要:导风墙水冷大梁的寿命是制约我国竖炉生产的主要因素。本文分析了导风墙水冷大梁的损坏机理及工艺设计改进,并提出了一种能从根本上解决其寿命问题的改进设想:即水冷大梁设上、下两根,导风墙采用预制模块技术。

Abstract:The life times of the air-guiding wall and the water-cooling beam are the main factors which effects the shaft furnace production. Their damage mechanism and design improvement are analyzed, and then an assumption is put forward: set two water-cooling beams, i.e. an upper water-cooling beam and a lower water-cooling beam, and the air-guiding wall was build with prefabricate module technology.
