矿井提升机综合监控系统的设计研究

摘    要:研究开发了一种基于工控计算机与PLC的提升机综合保护监控系统。与其他的提升机监控系统相比,该系统集成了闸瓦综合监控系统,包括闸瓦间隙监测,磨损量监测,制动盘偏摆显示等。软件设计采用自顶向下的方法,缩短了开发周期,提高了系统的可维护性。实际应用表明,整个系统可靠性很高,客户反映良好。

Abstract:A mine hoister monitoring system based on the industry control computer and PLC was designed.Compared to the traditional systems,the synthetic brake pad monitoring subsystem including brake pad gap monitor,the wear capability monitor and the brake disc deviation monitor,was integrated to the whole system.The top-down method was adopted to design the software,which shorted the developing period and enhanced the system's maintainability.The practice application shows that the system has high reliability and receives good remarks among the clients.
