酞酸酯类增塑剂向食用油中迁移及其影响因素研究

摘    要:采用直接进样气相色谱法对现榨茶油和市售塑料桶装食用油中的6种酞酸酯类增塑剂(PAEs)的含量进行了检测。考察了接触时间、温度及微波加热等因素对PAEs向食用油中迁移的影响。结果表明,塑料桶装食用油中的PAEs含量明显高于现榨茶油;随着接触时间的延长或温度的升高,PAEs的迁移量明显增加;微波加热后,PAEs的迁移量增加尤为显著。

Abstract:6 phthalates in plastic bottled edible oil and freshly squeezed tea oil by Direct-Injection gas chromatography were determined. The effects of the contact time, temperature and microwave heating on migration of phthalates into edible oil were studied. Results showed that the total amount of phthalates in plastic bottled edible oil was significantly higher than that in freshly squeezed tea oil. With the increase of contact time or temperature, the migration amount increased. The total amount of migration alter microwave heating was significantly higher than those without microwave heating.
