用时间电位法来检测钢筋表面涂层的抗渗性和抗海水中氯化钠的扩散性,以期建立一种能够快速鉴定涂层是否失效的电化学方法.对所得数据进行分析处理后,得到了涂层电容和涂层电阻.涂层电容、涂层电阻、涂层厚度这3个参数可用来定性和半定量地判定有机涂层的优劣.

Chronopotentiometry Used to Measure Anti-Permeability of Organic Coating on Metal Surface

Chronopotentiometry,one of the frequently applied technique of transient electrochemistry,was introduced to measure the anti-permeability of organic coating on metal surface and the ability against diffusivity of NaCl.Through chronopotentiometry,the test data can be analyzed to get the C_p and R_p of the coating which can be used to evaluate the property of organic coating.
