摘    要:为探究导叶形式和结构对轴流风机的影响,选取某两级动叶可调轴流引风机为研究对象,构建了不同的导叶结构方案,方案一是将所有短导叶变为长导叶;方案二是将空心导叶改为长导叶;方案三是所有叶片均为长叶片。采用FLUENT软件进行三维定常数值模拟,分析了不同方案下风机性能和内流特征,得到最优的方案。研究表明,方案三是将所有导叶变为长叶片,风机在设计流量下全压和效率达到最佳,较原结构分别提升3.8%和1.8%;减少了相邻叶片之间流体的掺混,一级静叶区和二级动叶区流场得到改善;第二级动叶总压升系数有较大提升,风机整体做功能力变强。

Abstract:To explore the influence of the guide vane form and configuration on axial flow fans,a two-stage axial flow fan with adjustable blades is selected in this study,and different guide vane schemes are constructed.The first option is to change all short guide vanes into long guide vanes;the second option is to change the hollow guide vanes to long guide vanes;the third option is to change all the blades to long guide vanes.FLUENT is used for the three-dimensional steady numerical simulation.The performance and internal flow characteristics under different schemes are examined and the optimal scheme is obtained.Simulated results show that scheme 3 that all guide vanes are replaced with long vanes achieves the best total pressure and efficiency at the design flow rate,which are increased by 3.8%and 1.8%respectively compared with the original one.The mixing of fluid between adjacent blades is reduced,and the flow fields in the first-stage static vanes area and the second-stage rotating blade area are improved.The total pressure rise coefficient of the second-stage rotating blades is greatly improved,and the overall working capacity of the fan is strengthened.
