Abstract:According to the existing standards,six electrical power meters should be sampled from every handover batch for performance testing.Nevertheless,manual testing is too inefficient to meet the demand.Thus,a novel automatic sampling performance testing system was developed.Based on the analyses why the existing pulse recognition technology is unsuitable for automatic sampling performance testing under strong electromagnetic interference,the anti-interference pulse recognition technology is put forward,and in order to ensure the reliability and safety of automatic sampled testing and support all-weather uninterrupted operation,an unmanned safety protection technology is developed,which is optimized and applied in a provincial metrological center of State Grid with its reliability and efficiency verified.
