摘    要:针对高含水油藏剩余油主要分布在油层顶部及井间的特点,冀东油田积极探索前期水平井+CO2吞吐、后期转水平井气顶重力驱的全生命周期剩余油挖潜新模式,扩大波及体积与提高驱油效率并重,实现剩余油的高效挖潜。在全生命周期剩余油高效挖潜的过程中,水平井布井参数、完井参数、生产参数的研究最为关键,因此,文中从矿场统计及数值模拟2个方面,重点阐述了如何构建各个开发阶段三参数技术体系,进而满足全生命周期开发的需要。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics that the remaining oil in high water cut reservoir is mainly distributed at the top of the reservoir and between wells,a whole life cycle remaining oil potential tapping mode is explored in Jidong Oilfield.This mode is horizontal well+CO2 huff and puff in the early stage and horizontal well gas top gravity flooding in the later stage,which focuses on expanding both of the swept volume and oil displacement efficiency,so as to efficiently produce remaining oil.In the process of efficient tapping potential of remaining oil in the whole life cycle,the research on well distribution parameters,completion parameters and production parameters of horizontal wells is the most important.This paper focuses on how to build three parameters technology system in each development stage from two aspects of field statistics and numerical simulation,so as to meet the need of the whole life cycle development.
