| Abstract: | In southeast coastal provinces, strong typhoons, torrential rain and other natural disasters are prone to occur frequently, and large blackouts occur from time to time. Under the unified leadership of the local Party committee and government, the power grid enterprises, with the goal of "ensuring power supply and people’s livelihood", have formed a large blackout emergency response and disposal mechanism with "unified command, complete functions, swift response and efficient operation", which can effectively deal with large blackouts caused by typhoons and floods, achieve safe and rapid power recovery, and provide strong support in power supply for the recovery of social order after disasters. |
