摘    要:介绍了某燃气联合循环机组的旁路减温减压装置运行中各部件发生的失效位置和失效形貌,对各部件失效的原因进行了分析,得出失效机理,为了进一步防范部件的失效,提出了几点防范措施,以供调峰启停的燃气机组借鉴。

Abstract:This paper introduces the failure locations and morphology of bypass temperature and pressure reducing components of a certain gas-fired combined cycle unit,analyzes the failure mechanism of parts in operation,and puts forward measures to prevent further failures,which may serve as a reference for gas-fired units assigned for load following operation.
