摘    要:为提升含高渗透率的由不同类型风电机组汇集的风电场接入系统后大电网的动态频率及电压稳定性,具备在二维空间功率运行调节能力的基于直流环储能装置的链式分级电平型静止无功发生器(STATCOM-BESS)现已广泛布局在风电场内,同时,基于STATCOM-BESS储能后备兼功率控制的双环结构附加阻尼控制可以平抑系统的功率振荡。在此背景下,研究采用布局于风电场的STATCOM-BESS附加鲁棒性优越的自抗扰控制器(ADRC)提高并网大系统的稳定性。首先分析了非线性自辨识扰动因子原理的控制器,然后结合阻尼转矩法推导分析了STATCOM-BESS附加控制增强系统动态稳定的控制策略并设计附加阻尼控制器,Digsilent平台完成风电并网的4机2区域系统搭建,仿真验证了附加控制在直流环储能装置的链式分级电平的STATCOM-BESS阻尼振荡作用。

Abstract:For improving the dynamic frequency and voltage stability of the large power grid after the connection of wind farm with high permeability to the system by different types of wind turbines,the chain type stage level static var generator(STATCOM-BESS)based on DC ring energy storage device,which possesses the ability to regulate the power operation in two-dimensional space,has been distributed widely in the wind farm.At the same time,the dual loop structure with damping control based on STACOM-BESS energy storage and concurrently power control can suppress the oscillation power of the system.Under this background,the ADRC(active disturbance rejection controller)with superior additional robustness is used to improve the stability of the grid connected system.Firstly,the controller of nonlinear self-identification disturbance factor principle is analyzed.Then,the control strategy of STATCOM-BESS to enhance the dynamic stability of the system is derived and analyzed with the method of damping torque and the additional damping controller is designed.The construction of 4-machine 2-area system of wind power grid connection is completed by the DIgSilent platform.The damping oscillation function of the additional control in the chain stage level STATCOM-BESS of DC loop energy storage device.
