| Abstract: | Operation and Maintenance is main approach to industry chain extension of Electric power design enterprise,it is important entranceto inventory market.To most Electric power design enterprises,Operation and Maintenance is still at a preliminary stage at present.Based on questionnaire survey and field survey,This paper analyzes the categorization of Operation and Maintenance by Electric power design enterprise,mainly includes basic situation,strategic positioning,business groups and business development.This paper also researches current main modes of Operation and Maintenance,such as Investment Operation andMaintenance,BOT,EPCO and simple Operation and Maintenance,the results can provide information for Electric power design enterprise. |
