消光剂二氧化钛分散性能的研究

摘    要:将二氧化钛粉末加入纺丝粗原液中配制了母液样品 ,其样品的静置时间越短 ,二氧化钛含量越低 ,当搅拌时间不少于 2 h,样品中的二氧化钛的分散性能将逐渐提高。母液中二氧化钛的最佳含量控制在 4 %~ 6 %较适宜。并对进口二氧化钛样品的分散性能进行了初步分析 ,日本样品的分散性能优于德国样品。

Abstract:Titanium dioxide was added into spinning dope to obtain liquor sample. The shorter the hold time of sample, the lower the content of titanium dioxide. When the samples were stirred for not less than 2h, the dispersity of titanium dioxide was improved gradually. The optimum content of titanium dioxide was 4%~6%. The dispersity of imported titanium dioxide was preliminarily analyzed.The dspersity of Japanese samples is superior to that of German samples.
