The development of distributed energy systems and development of new energy industry led by it has become the important part of economic development in many countries.This paper analyses the latest progress of distributed energy systems in Germany.With the Government’s political framework conditions,the German Renewable Energy Act provides the new policy of tax subsidies and has a positive signal for energy markets to promote wind power development in Germany as well as the rapid development of solar energy and other industries.It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the development of German new energy industry.Through the analysis,it points out that the development of new energy industries has yet to be tested by market economy and high penetration of renewable energy development is also based on more comprehensive laws and regulations systems.
