F类与逆F类功率放大器的效率研究

摘    要:为了对F类与逆F类功率放大器的效率进行研究,首先从理论方面对两种放大器工作模式各自的效率进行了计算。通过计算可以看出,在相同的输出功率下,因为晶体管导通内阻的存在,逆F类功率放大器的效率优于F类功率放大器。再通过软件仿真设计F类和逆F类功率放大器,在相同的输出功率下,逆F类功率放大器的最高漏极效率为91.8%,F类功率...
