Brief Introduction the Production of Stainless Steel Capillary Welded Pipe

In this paper the main production processes of the stainless steel capillary welded pipe production line which is introduced form Japan are briefly introduced, which include the strip material preparing, the stock pipe forming and welding, the stretching tube for reducing thickness and diameter, the gas shielded bright annealing, the straightening, the cut-to-length and others, and the application of the main equipment such as the forming machine, the welding machine and the annealing furnace are also explained at some length.
