5-氨基-1,10-邻菲罗啉的合成研究

摘    要:由1,10-邻菲罗啉经硝化制得5-硝基-1,10-邻菲罗啉,再经还原合成了5-氨基-1,10-邻菲罗啉。用UV、IR、~1H NMR、MS等对产物进行了表征。结果表明,5%Pd/C为合成5-氨基-1,10-邻菲罗啉的良好催化剂。适宜反应条件为:还原剂水合肼过量,回流时间10 h,产率接近90%,方法简单,5%Pd/C催化剂可重复使用,重复使用5次后产率减少6.7%。

Abstract:With recovered and regenerated 5% Pd/C as catalyst and hydrazine hydrate as reductant, 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline was synthesized by reduction of 5-ntiro-1,10-phenanthroline which was synthesized from phenanthroline by nitration. The products were characterized by UV, MS, IR, 1~H NMRetc. The experimental results showed that 5% Pd/C is a good catalyst for synthesis of 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline, and the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: hydrazine hydrate in excess; refluxing time about 10 h; the yield of 5-amino-1, 10-phenanthroline is almost 90%. The method is simple; the catalyst could be regenerated for reusing, the yield reduced 6.7% while the catalyst was reused for 5 times.
