| 摘 要： | PCCP管是一种性能优异、构造独特,可靠性好,用途广泛,使用寿命长的管材。受介质环境、尤其是地下水中S042-含量超标的影响,管材中的钢筋会遭受腐蚀破坏。采用阴极保护,可大大提高PCCP管耐久性,降低运行管理中的维修费用,增加管道的有效利用率。四零四厂取水改造工程对输水管道采用阴极保护取得的成功经验,值得其它类似工程借鉴。

| Abstract: | PCCP is a sort of pipe with excellent performance,unique configuration,good reliability,wide application and long serviceable life.The reinforcement in the pipe will suffer corrosive failure under the influence of medium environment and S02-4 content being higher in particular.By cathodic protection,the durability of PCCP pipe will be greatly increased to abate maintenance cost in operation management and augment effective availability of the pipe.By means of cathodic protection,the successful experience of conduit is obtained from water-taken modification works and deserves reference for similar projects. |
