| 摘 要： | 教育的最高境界是使每一个学生根据个人发展意愿成长成才。文章结合新建本科院校人才培养实践探讨了如何在现有培养方案基础上,依据学生的个人发展规划,搭建专业教育教学的个性化引导平台,构建以应用型人才培养为基础的个性化人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The highest level of education is to make every student according to the personal development will be success. In combination with the talent training practice in new colleges and universities, on the basis of the existing training plan, this paper discusses how to build personalized teaching guide platform, construct personalized talent training mode based on the applied talents training according to the students'' personal development planning. |
