智能光网络中的自感知技术

摘    要:现有的光网络虽然已经能够提供充足的传输容量,但其智能性仍然处于非常初级的阶段,远远不能满足具有随机性和突发性IP业务对承载网络的需求。光网络的自感知技术是实现真正意义上的智能化自组织光网络的首要条件。自组织光网络作为各种业务的承载网络,不仅需要实时监测和动态感知光链路物理参数、光信号质量、光网络拓扑及链路负载等光网络自身特性,还需要感知所承载业务的属性及其对光网络的传送需求(延时、抖动、丢包率等),为实现动态高效灵活的。即插即用”自组织光网络提供充足的信息。

Abstract:Although existing optical network can provide sufficient transmission capacity, it is still far from meeting the demand of random and burst IP traffic. The intelligence of existing optical network is at a relatively primitive stage of development. The self-sensing technologies in optical network are fundamental to a true intelligent self-organizing optical network. Being a service carrying network, optical network should monitor and sense optical signal parameters and quality in physical layer, the topology and link load of the optical network, the characteristics of the traffic it carries and its requirements to optical network including time delay, jitter, and packet loss rate, etc., in order to provide sufficient information for the realization of a dynamic, efficient, and flexible "plug-and-play" self-organizing optical network.
