纳米磁性颗粒膜研究进展

摘    要:磁性纳米颗粒薄膜是一种能广泛用于平面变压器、高频小型化平面电感器、薄膜电磁干扰抑制器及GHz频段薄膜磁场传感器的新型软磁薄膜材料.纳米磁性薄膜具有金属磁性材料的高饱和磁化强度特性,同时又具有接近铁氧体磁性材料的高电阻率特性.这种材料从低频到微波频段具有很高的复磁导率实部.本文综述了几种典型纳米颗粒薄膜的磁特性.

Abstract:Magnetic nanogranular films can be applied widely to planar transformer, miniaturized planar inductor at very high frequency, electromagnetic interference suppression at microwave frequency and high frequency, carrier-type film magnetic field sensors in GHz band. These films have high saturation magnetization as metallic magnetic material, high resistivity near to that of ferrite and high real permeability from low frequency to microwave band. This paper comprehensively reviews the magnetic properties of several typical magnetic nanogranular films.
