摘    要:建筑物区分所有权与百姓的联系日益紧密,加强此项法律制度研究的现实意义日益突出。就建筑物专有权和共有权面积内涵与权利内涵问题和相关法律法规的衔接问题提出相应的建议;就人们对建筑物区分所有权认识误区给予相应的解释,并提出建议。

Abstract:The relationship of partitioned ownership of building and resident is closer and closer,the practical significance of strengthening the legal system is increasingly prominent.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the area meaning and the right meaning of exclusive right and joint ownership,as well as the link of relevant laws and regulations;explains the misunderstandings of partitioned ownership of building and expounds some views.
