摘    要:介绍了新疆疏附县吾库萨克电站3台机组在日常运行中存在的问题,针对该电站水轮机泥沙磨损严重、机组出力不足及长年有弃水的现象,应用近年来国内外水电技术成熟的新工艺、新结构和新材料,结合电站的实际情况,提出了抗磨、增容技术改造的可行性方案、技术改造步骤及投入运行后的经济效益分析与技术改造的成果。

Abstract:In this paper, problems encountered in normal operation of three units in Wukusa ke Hydropower Station in Shufu County of Xinjiang is introduced. For reasons tha t sediment abrasion of turbines in power station is serious and the output is re duced and there remains surplus water all the year round, the matured new techno logy, new structure, new material in hydropower technology appeared in recent ye ars at home and abroad are introduced; the feasible scheme of technological impr ovement for anti-abrasion and increasing capacity is put forward, the steps appl icable for technological improvement, the economic benefit analysis after commer cial production and the results of technological improvement are also be discuss ed.
