| 摘 要： | 在水平井钻井中，随着钻井深度增加，井斜角增大和水平段延长，钻柱与井壁摩擦阻力不断增加，依靠钻柱重力难以给钻头施加足够的钻压。SL－160型液力加压器利用钻柱中循环钻井液的压力，实现对钻头的轴向水力加压，钻压值的大小不受钻柱与井壁摩阻的影响，钻压稳定。较好地解决了水平井、大位移延伸井的钻压施加问题。

| Abstract: | It is difficult to apply weight on bit in horizontal well drilling,SL-160 hydraulic thruster generate weight on bit(WOB)by using drilling fluid hydraulics.it is a piston that maintains a pump-open force when drilling fluid is circulated through the tool.When the thruster is used,WOB is proportional to pressure drop across the thruster.It provides a constant,controllable WOB.It has been used on Shengli Oilfield to increase overall penetration rates and bit lives,reduce downhole failures. |
